Soft Skill Development
Skills such as active listening, using empowering language for effective communication, helps teenagers to process their emotions and form behavioural patterns that aid in their personality development.
Emotional Intelligence
In a world run by social media likes and trolls, teenagers are feeling increasingly lonely, anxious and find it harder to make authentic connections. Building on their emotional quotient (EQ), will help them identify their true worth and purpose, while being role models to others.
Failure Resilience
Instant gratification is not sustainable nor is it real. Failure is a part of life and is necessary for growth. Learning how to be resilient through it, is an important skill that can be learnt and practised. Trusting oneself and intuition, accepting failure, are all key skills that help a teenager to stand up after a fall and keep moving forward.
Growth Mindset
Staying curious, engaged with community and taking action with intention and purpose, helps teenagers to find their paths, personally and professionally. It helps them to build connections and relationships that will keep them motivated and grounded, while still aiming and achieving new levels of success.
